We are pleased to invite you to the Welcome Reception at the International Congress Center Dresden on August 27, 2026, starting at 6:30 PM, followed by Dinner at 7:00 PM.

Spend the evening enjoying stunning views of the Elbe River, outstanding cuisine, lively conversation, live guitar music, and a relaxed terrace atmosphere with a DJ—the perfect setting to connect with colleagues and friends.

The International Congress Center Dresden is easily accessible by public transportation from the Beyer Building.

From the "Nürnberger Platz" stop, take tram line 3 (toward "Wilder Mann") to "Hauptbahnhof Nord". There, transfer to tram line 11 (toward "Bühlau") and get off at "Dresden Kongresszentrum/Haus der Presse". The International Congress Center is just a short walk from the tram stop.

You can also take Line 3 (toward "Wilder Mann") all the way to "Theaterplatz". From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to the dinner venue, and along the way you’ll see some of Dresden’s historic landmarks.

The total travel time is approximately 30-35 minutes, depending on connections.

We recommend using the DVB Navigator app or the electronic departure displays at the tram stops for real-time schedules.

The Congress Center is about a 15-minute drive away.

The ICD has 390 underground parking spaces. The entrace is on the left hand side of the ICD. The fee is 24,00 € per day.
